Resources

During this time of crisis I will be doing the best I can to support clients and providing resources that I find helpful.

This is an article from the New York Times, specifically for California on aid you might be able to apply for if you have lost your job or lost income during this pandemic:

Limiting News

I have been suggesting to clients to limit negative news intake if you are finding that it is causing you significant anxiety.  If this is describing your experience with the news, instead of scrolling through news sources, try limiting the news to the information that is important for your own current safety. This might include signing up for local or state emergency updates and limiting most other news.
